Add a name to your product. $5 per product for personalization so the quantity of this product should match the number of items you wish to add a name to. (Example – you would like to add a name to a sweatshirt and a pullover, select a Quantity of 2 for a total of $10.00). Indicate the name to be added in the Order Notes box below Billing Information at checkout.
